Camden United Methodist Church

Christmas Eve Service

All are invited to join us at 7:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve for our traditional candle-lighting service.  The service is family-friendly, designed for all ages.  We hope you will share this blessed time with your neighbors at Camden United Methodist Church.

Easter Service

Our Easter Sunday service was such a beautiful service.  Our choir, with a few additional friends, performed an inspiring cantata titled Mercy Tree.  Many thanks to Barb for selecting and directing this cantata, and to those who shared it with us!

Also, the sunlight and beautiful flowers made the sanctuary so bright and full of hope.

Our pastor gave an inspiring message about what can happen when a stone is rolled away.

And the many friends and visitors helped us to really sing out in praise on the hymns.

Contemporary Service Discontinued

We are sad to report that the contemporary service regularly held at 9:00 a.m. for the past several years will no longer be available.  Dan DeLaRoche, our dedicated and talented leader, and his family are moving out of the area.  They will be sorely missed!  Our church will be exploring possibilities for getting this important part of our worship and ministry reinstated.

Advice for Life’s Transitions

We were most fortunate to have Judy Keil share with the congregation at the 11:00 service today the message she originally gave at the Baccalaureate Service in June.  Her message was on the importance of focusing on Faith, Hope, and Love to get us through the transitions in life.  Dan DelaRoche played and sang a reprisal of the song he originally performed at the Baccalaureate Service,  “God’s Grace”.  Many thanks to you both for your contributions.
